Galileo, EGNOS and Copernicus are at the heart of the EU Space programme. All help tackle today’s most pressing societal and economic challenges. Hence, the Galileo Masters also promotes synergies with Copernicus for the creation of new applications and services. Some of the GSA’s Challenges within the Galileo Masters explicitly focus on solutions using EU Space data in all domains. The pre-existing close collaboration between Europe’s leading space innovation competitions for Galileo and Copernicus – the Galileo Masters and the Copernicus Masters – is therefore beneficial for society and all citizens.
